Double loop wire fencing, characterized by its unique "double-loop interlocking structure", integrates anti-climb performance, corrosion resistance, and durability. Made of high-quality Q235 low-carbon steel, it undergoes hot-dip galvanizing (zinc coating 600-800g/㎡) or PVC coating (0.8-1.2mm thickness) to resist harsh environments like farm humidity, airport outdoor exposure, and zoo animal scratches. With a Class B anti-climb grade (per EN 1522-5), it effectively prevents intruders from climbing even with tools, while the flexible mesh design absorbs impact—ideal for containing large animals in zoos or preventing livestock escape on farms.

Quick Installation:Pre-assembled panels (standard 2.5m/3m length) and matching accessories (posts, clamps) reduce on-site work.

Impact Resistance:The flexible double-loop structure absorbs impact force—tests show it can withstand 500N impact (equivalent to a 100kg animal collision) without deformation.

Production Process:

Raw Material Processing:Q235 low-carbon steel wires are drawn to specified diameters (2.5-4.0mm) and annealed to improve ductility, ensuring no breakage during bending.

Double-Loop Forming:Horizontal and vertical wires are woven into double-loop interlocking mesh by automatic looms, with mesh size precision controlled within ±1mm.

Surface Treatment:- Hot-dip galvanizing: Mesh is immersed in 450℃ molten zinc for 3-5 minutes, forming a 600-800g/㎡ zinc layer. - PVC coating: Galvanized mesh is electrostatically sprayed with PVC powder, then cured at 200℃ for 15 minutes to form a 0.8-1.2mm coating.

Panel Cutting & Assembly:Mesh is cut into standard panels (2.5m/3m length) and reinforced with edge wires; matching posts (galvanized/PVC-coated) and clamps are produced simultaneously.

Quality Inspection:Each batch undergoes wire diameter measurement, zinc coating thickness test (using a coating thickness gauge), and anti-climb performance simulation—only qualified products are packaged.
